Andrea is a postdoctoral research associate at the Coastal Physical Oceanography (CCPO) at Old Dominion University under the direction of Dr. Eileen Hofmann.

For her Ph.D. research, she studies the circulation on the western Antarctic Peninsula and implications for biological production. Andrea started as a post-doctoral research associate in February 2012 under the direction of Professor Eileen Hofmann.
