Michael Dinniman

Research Scientist

M.S., University of Maryland (1996)

Mr. Dinniman arrived at CCPO in November 1998 to begin work as a research scientist with Dr. John Klinck. Prior to CCPO, Mr. Dinniman spent five years working in flight simulation before returning to school and receiving a M.S. in meteorology in 1996 from the University of Maryland. He went on to work for the Raytheon STX Corporation at the Oceans and Ice Branch of the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. At NASA, he worked on several projects involving the use and development of different numerical ocean general circulation models. At CCPO, Mr. Dinniman assists Dr. Klinck with various numerical modeling studies.
