 -How many?: submit not more than 1 paper as lead author and maximum 2 papers as co-author

 -What to submit?: high quality research related to ocean modeling/dynamics/analysis
                   (not necessarily what presented in the meeting)

                  4. optional: in "letter to editor" provide names/emails of potential reviewers 

Notes: Review process is similar and as strict as regular papers- starting immediately after submission and 
 publishing soon after acceptance of each paper (first online and then in print). Authors are provided a PDF
 of the paper. A bound print of all accepted papers of the IWMO issue may be available later, if requested.
