What is the JHU/APL/S1R IDL Library?

It is a collection of IDL routines developed and maintained by Johns Hopkins University, the Applied Physics Laboratory, and the Space Oceanography Group.

How to use JHU/APL/S1R IDL Library

The routines are available in /usr/local/jhulib/usr and /usr/local/jhulib/usr2. To use, add the following to your .tcshrc file following the IDL source line:
source /usr/local/Standards/jhulib
